Complete this Preliminary Application Form and submit it to your local Rotary Club before 23 April 2010.

We’ll review your application and be in touch to organise an interview. A Club interviews applicants in the first instance, followed by a District Interview in early June.
Don’t forget to submit your application to your local Rotary Club BEFORE 23 April 2010.
